You will need ;
Pineapples β’ Ginger β’ Cold water β’ Sugar or honey to taste .
Quick storyβ¨β¨
The last time I made this juice was about 6+ years ago in my Home Economics senior secondary school certificate practical examination.
Looking back that day was really something . All the people that are not friends with you became friends with you because there was food aplenty and cakes too and of course juices .
You know your food or recipe was good if it disappeared from the kitchen π€..
The teachers had their fill on that day too π€« shhhhh donβt tell anyone itβs a secret .
The only sad part on that day was my flowered jug shattered before I got home . I loved that jug because my dad got it for me . The level of preparation my parents put into that practical LOL! I need that level of seriousness in my life now π©…
I had an oven , new plates, a new tray, new pots , table cloth, they even bought a new kerosene stove and all πππ.. Shout out to my mum and dad π₯³ππβ€οΈππ₯°πππππ€πππππβ£οΈππ»π§‘πππ€π¨βπ©βπ§.. las las Nepa took light and I baked in a pot with stones . Story for another day .β¨β¨
Pineapple contain vitamins and ginger has antibiotic and anti inflammatory properties.
This can also help you cut back on calories as you know how much sugar and stuff you are adding.
So , pineapple and ginger juice is a fragile combination that ferments easily , so to say . You keep it refrigerated or consume immediately after preparing..

How to make ,
Slice your pineapples( I put mine in the fridge so itβs chill bu the time I blend , DO NOT FREEZE)

Add to blender with fresh diced ginger .

Blend till smooth and it foams . (I prefer blending with sugar , saves me the hassle of mixing and dissolving the sugar at the end )

Strain or filter . You can use a muslin cloth if you want it very smooth, I like mine with bits of pineapples.
Enjoy!
